Christmas is almost here which is rather terrifying yet exciting at the same time. The Bath Christmas Market lit up the city recently and James and I just had to visit (mainly for the Bailey's Hot Chocolate - more on that later....).
Christmas Market's are often the same old, same old I tend to find. No matter which picturesque city you visit, you're likely to find very similar stalls. However there's just something about the twinkling wooden huts, the aromas of mulled wine and juicy burgers and caramelised nuts, and the hustle and bustle of the festive crowd that just makes taking visit a must.
Patrick to some doggy treats from this adorable stall... Beefy Santa's or Peanut Butter Marbles anyone?
I have to be biased and say I think the Bath Christmas Market is the best out of them all. I'm not a fan of the thousands of tourists who prevent me from getting anywhere but hey, that's simply just because everyone wants to come to beautiful Bath I suppose!
I do hope this make you feel just that extra bit more festive, just in case it still hasn't hit you yet (just go and watch Love, Actually, wrap up in a blanket and our yourself a glass of wine or something sparkly - then get back to me!).
